What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website. They are not the agreement for cleaning services. If you hire Tiamade Cleaning LLC, the work is governed by a separate signed service agreement, and on a government contract by the contract and its incorporated clauses.

Quotes and estimates

Prices and ranges shown on this site are indicative. A binding price is issued in writing after a walkthrough and is valid for the period stated on the quote.

Submitting a request through this site does not create a contract and does not reserve a crew or a date.

Accuracy

We keep this site accurate, including registration and certification status, which is shown as in progress until it is confirmed. If you find something out of date, tell us and we will correct it.

The sample job record shown on this site is illustrative and is labelled as a sample. It is not a record of a specific customer visit.

Your submissions

Send only information you are allowed to share. Do not send anything classified, export-controlled, or otherwise restricted through the form on this site.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site itself. Nothing here limits our obligations under a signed service agreement or a government contract.
