Careers
We are hiring cleaners.
Across Greater Houston, including people who have never done this work before. You need to show up on time, follow a checklist, and care whether it is right.
Send your name, your ZIP code, the hours you can work, and any cleaning experience. No resume needed.
What we offer
The terms, in plain words
W-2, not 1099
You are an employee. Taxes withheld, workers compensation carried, and payroll on a fixed schedule.
Paid training before your first shift
OSHA 10, safety data sheets, and the checklist system. You will not be handed a cart and pointed at a building.
Your first three jobs are shadowed
A supervisor works them with you. The checklist is the same one you will run alone afterwards.
Equipment and supplies provided
You do not buy your own chemicals or bring your own vacuum.
A scorecard you can see
On-time rate, audit pass rate, and customer rating. Raises are tied to it, so you always know where you stand.
Supervisor track
Supervisors are promoted from the cleaning crew. One supervisor covers about six cleaners.
What the job actually is
Most shifts are evenings, three to five hours, in commercial buildings after the tenants leave. You check in on your phone when you arrive, work the checklist in order, photograph each item as you finish it, and check out. If something is wrong that you cannot fix, you flag it and a supervisor picks it up.
Government sites require a background check and, on some contracts, badging that takes a few weeks. We will tell you which sites those are before you accept them.
