Tiamade Cleaning LLC cleans commercial buildings, government facilities, and homes across Greater Houston. The work itself is ordinary. What is not ordinary is that we can show you what happened on any visit, on any date, without asking anyone to remember it.
That came from a simple observation: almost every complaint in this industry is a disagreement about whether something was done. Once the record exists, the disagreement stops and the actual problem gets fixed.
How we operate
Four things we hold to
- 01
The people who clean are employees
Every cleaner is on payroll as a W-2 employee, background-checked, and trained before a first shift. Not because it is cheaper, it is not, but because a subcontracted workforce cannot be held to a standard and cannot legally carry a federal custodial contract.

A miss is logged, not buried
Flagged items stay on the record after they are fixed. We would rather show you a corrected mistake than a spotless report you have no reason to believe.

We quote the building, not the customer
The price comes out of square footage, restroom count, floor types, and frequency. It does not move because of how the walkthrough conversation went.

We say no to work we would do badly
If a building is outside our service area or needs a crew size we cannot staff properly, we will tell you at the walkthrough instead of stretching and failing three months in.
